What is the easiest way to book my Play-Off Final tickets?
Due to the anticipated demand the club recommend booking online as the easiest and most convenient method of booking.
Supporters will also be able to view a Wembley seating plan online and choose to a point which block they would like to sit in.
Blocks in the North side of the stadium will be available first, moving South.
What is the sales criteria for the Play-Off Final?

Tickets will be sold on a one per Fan ID basis to eligible supporters subject to availability.
What are the ticket prices?
Ticket prices range from £36-£98 adults, £27-£73 for 17-21-year-olds, £18-£49 for O65s and U17s across five seating categories.
Please check the latest availability and seating categories online using your Online Box Office.
How can I purchase tickets together for friends or family?
The only way to guarantee supporters are sat together is if tickets are purchased together in one transaction.
Due to time constraints and high levels of incoming calls we will unfortunately not be able to facilitate ticket moves for supporters who have purchased separately.
How can I purchase tickets together for supporters who are eligible at different times?
As above, the only way to guarantee supporters are sat together is if tickets are purchased together in one transaction.
That will mean that in order to sit together you will need to purchase when all supporters become eligible.
Where can I find my Fan ID?
You can find your Fan ID on your season card, any match ticket that has been assigned to yourself on the bottom right or an email confirmation you have received for a past purchase.
Can I re-assign tickets purchased for past matches?
Unfortunately, we are unable to retrospectively re-assign tickets for past matches.
Supporters are required to provide the details of other supporters at the time of booking all tickets and are urged to do this as per our on sale information.
No exceptions will be made regarding this policy for Play-Off Final tickets.
Is it too late to register for a Fan ID/account?
It is not too late to register for a Fan ID for those who do not have a ticketing account.
People who have just registered can purchase their tickets on general sale (subject to availability).
This can be done by setting up an Online Box Office.
Can I still buy a Claret / Cub Membership?
The deadline for purchasing a membership for the 2017/18 season was 31st March 2018.
No further membership sales can now be purchased.
How can I check the number of matches I have been to?
You can find out how many games you have been to by logging onto your Online Box Office and checking your personal information.

Are there any Transaction Fees when purchasing tickets the Play-Off Final?
There will be a £2 per ticket transaction fee and an additional £2 fee per transaction where tickets are to be posted.
Tickets purchased over the counter will be handed out at point of purchase.
Will there be any travel available?
Travel is available for supporters to book and will depart from Villa Park at 12noon on the day of the match.
Tickets are priced at £30 per person and can be supporters to purchase online, in person or by phone.
What are the Ticket Office opening times during this period?
Our ticket office is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, Saturday from 9am to 5pm and Sunday from 10am to 4pm.
Our Online Box Office is open 24/7 and can be found here.
What are my ticket options as a registered disabled supporter?
Disabled & Visually Impaired Supporters: The price charged to wheelchair patrons is equivalent to the relevant price for the area in which they’re situated, with their personal assistants (PA – where required) gaining access free of charge.
Concession rates will apply across all of these tickets for Junior Wheelchair or ambulant supporters 16 years of age and U17 and 65 and over.
There are a number of seats which have step free access that are recommended for persons with mobility difficulties, which are positioned in Level 1 on rows 30/31.

Disabled season ticket holders can be purchase online during their priority window along with telephone and counter sales during opening times.
Is there any other ticket information or terms and conditions I need to be aware of?
Family Area: Wembley Stadium have designated 1,000 seats in Blocks 137 to 140 in the West side of the Stadium as a Family Area for supporters.
Tickets in this area are only available to fans that are purchasing 16 and under tickets at a ratio of no more than one adult for one child, at a maximum of four children for every adult ticket.
Supporters aged 16 years and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Crowd Flags and Musical Instruments – Any supporters wishing to take flags or musical instruments to Wembley Stadium must obtain permission. Please contact Wembley Stadium to request permission. Anyone wishing to gain entry to Wembley Stadium carrying flags or musical instruments without prior permission will not be permitted to enter with them.
